My father went in almost 2 weeks ago to have a triple bypass, went into cardiac arrest, then into a 2nd bypass surgery. To this day he is still on a ventilator and unresponsive. What kind and hoe could i obtain a POW so i can figure out how he pays his bills/ so i can pay them. Also maybe a guardianship over my brother (16) until my father is better. I am the only family here.

my sister i9n law took p.o.a to my mother and i didnt know till she died.should she inform me by law
